This service is designed to determine styling needs and recommendations to update your home, and make HUGE transformations using what you already have to make the most of each space.

Sessions can take place in one day or more, based on project scope. 

This service session is all about rolling up our sleeves based on the agreed upon styling needs and proposal, and working together to start re-arranging the main areas of your home. You won't believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own.

Shopping services are available for any additional items needed, such as updated styling pieces and décor, as well as any organizational bins and containers.

This service is designed to provide optimal return-on-investment and staging strategies that are designed to have a big, emotional impact on your buyers.

We will begin with a complimentary phone consultation to discuss the basics of your project needs and to review the process.

Next, I will meet with you for an in-home consultation (1 hour minimum), learning the project specifics firsthand. We will begin outside the home, and then enter inside and walk through each room in the entire home and discuss detailed priorities, goals and scope, and determine budgetary requests. During this meeting I take measurements and photographs, and discuss how we will do everything that needs to be done to get your home the best possible selling price. 

A written project proposal and report will follow the consultation, and will include direction on decluttering, placement of furnishings, art and decorative items, as well as closet organization. In addition, the proposal will include estimates for in-home services, as well as any needed product shopping services and product estimated costs.

Sessions can take place in one day or more, based on project scope. During this session we will physically stage the main areas of the home based upon the proposed staging recommendations, and create emotional connection points in each space so buyers will fall in love with the home! You will be surprised at how we will make huge transformations using what you already have to make the most of each space, and strategically place your art, lighting and decorative items to give your home the optimum presentation for selling.
